We deliver Design Consultancy services to three core sectors – Occupiers, Landlords and Property Consultants.

Our process is entirely bespoke, tailored to each client and their individual requirements. Most projects start with a reason or an event – perhaps the workplace is tired and does not reflect the business, or there is a lease-end and an office move is imminent. Whatever the brief, we have the skills and expertise to support our clients and deliver solutions to meet their business needs.

Brief and Concept Design

The creative process starts with the development of a comprehensive brief, together we will ensure all your requirements are covered, your objectives met and a roadmap set out for the design delivery. This includes initial design concepts and vision for the space, developed in line with your brief, programme and budget.

Detail Design

Once the concept is agreed, detailed design can commence – we will refine details and finishes and specify all elements of the design. We’ll compile a full set of technical drawings, so all is set to handover for delivery.
