The Brief

Kaluza’s Edinburgh office accommodates 53 employees who work flexibly. Company feedback had highlighted a desire by staff to enhance collaboration though a redesign prioritising open-plan desking and shared workspaces. Our aim was to create a functional office which supports flexible working but meets the needs of both the team and clients.

The Solution

Our redesign of the office created an inviting environment that enhances teamwork and communication by incorporating additional spaces like a meet-and-greet area and effective storage solutions. We ensured the new layout reflected Kaluza’s evolving identity while serving as an inspiring workspace for employees and clients, positioning the company for continued growth and success.
