Creative Director & Founder
Angela is our Creative Director and leads interior design. Angela has over 15 years experience in project and stakeholder management, space planning and interior design for commercial and workplace projects.
Derek Binnie
Chairman & Founder
Derek is our Chairman and supports the business through our growth. With a focus on good leadership and management, he is passionate about creating a positive culture that supports people and business development and growth.
Pawel Orszulak
Director of Architecture & Founder
Pawel is our Principal Architect, and leads technical design and compliance with statutory matters. He is responsible for financial management of the business.
Magdalena Barnas-Orszulak
Senior Architect
Magda has a wealth of experience as a senior architect across a number of sectors, applying that experience to commercial and workplace projects. She is passionate about quality design through careful concept development, which leads to innovative design solutions.
Lucy Longstaff
Senior Architect
Lucy’s training and experience as an architect combined with her passion for interior design allows her to approach every project with both her creative vision and technical proficiency. She brings International experience working on new builds with luxury hotels and government operators to refurbished Listed Buildings in Conservation areas nationally.
Catriona Salvona
Architectural Technician
Catriona has an extensive range of experience specialising in the commercial design sector, working on retail projects and within workplace design, as well as a number of years of experience working in the residential sector. Catriona works closely with our designers and also supports on workplace consultancy.
Martyna Mercer
Senior Interior Designer
Martyna has extensive experience of both residential and commercial interior design and workplace consultancy with a unique flare for translating the clients vision into their spaces. Martyna is great at pushing and challenging the clients comfort zones and brings strong knowledge of current design trends to the team. Her creativity and eye for detail makes her a strong asset to the team.
